Are you a yoga or movement teacher wanting to infuse more creativity into your teaching and break free from predictable class plans? Creative Sequencing is a workshop for those wanting to explore new movement patterns, feel more confident in expressing their creativity through movement, and craft unique, engaging class sequences. Through guided movement exploration, you'll deepen your own embodiment and discover new ways to move-ones that inspire not only your own practice but also enhance your teaching. By cultivating a sense of creative freedom, you'll learn to think outside the box and translate this into sequences that feel cohesive, exploratory, and engaging. Whether you're a new teacher, a seasoned instructor, or simply curious about new ways of moving, this workshop will give you the tools and confidence to move intuitively and teach with greater creativity and flow.
