Lauren is a 500-hour yoga teacher in Calgary, Alberta. She is passionate about sharing practices that help you align to a conscious, more mindful life. Practices that help you access the sense of joy, purpose and connection that is the human experience. Lauren teaches with calm and precise language and her classes are a combination of meditation, breathwork, dynamic sequencing and functional movement. A class of exploration for syncing movement and breath. We will uncover the magic of moving our bodies with the flow and rhythm of our breath. This class will lean into a wide array of postures linked with pranayama to help support and build a strong mind, body and heart. Vinyasa yoga is an opportunity to challenge yourself while accessing a non-traditional flow and the way in which you show up on your mat. How we do one thing is how we do everything. Everyone is welcome to this class.
